Q: How many nuggets are included?

A: Minimum 365 in each jar. Sometimes there are a few bonus nuggets if I can’t stop myself from sharing!

Q. What payment methods can I use?

A: We currently accept payments via major Debit and Credit Cards, PayPal and Venmo.

Q. What Debit or Credit Cards can I use?

A: Visa (credit and debit), Mastercard (credit and debit), American Express and Discover.

Q. How do I pay by Venmo?

A. Please make sure you have opted-in to make online purchases in the Venmo app. Then, simply tap the PayPal button on a mobile device to launch the PayPal checkout experience. A Venmo payment option will appear on the next page.

Q: How are orders shipped?

A: At checkout you can opt for either shipping via USPS Priority or arrange pickup within the locality of Downingtown PA.

Q: How long will it take to get my jar?

A: Standard shipping is USPS Ground from Southeast Pennsylvania.  

Q: What is the cost of shipping & handling?

A: Shipping is charged at the current USPS rate.

Q:  Do you ship outside of the US?

A: Not at this time.  

Q: Can I customize a message?

A: I’ve prepared customized jars for a 50th birthday. While not a formal product offering yet, if you would like to work together to customize a jar, email me at hello@WisdomAndWarnings.com and we can see if we can work something out. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return a Wisdom jar within 30 days from the date of purchase. You must request and include a Return Material Authorization number from hello@wisdomandwarnings.com. The returned jar must be unused, in the same condition received and returned in the original packaging. Once return is received and inspected, a partial return via the original payment method will be made, less shipping and handling.
